Educational director for the International Society Of Yoga Education, Carol is completing her masters degree and is certified as a medical exercise specialist. Her fitness programs have been featured on television, radio, and in newspapers. Carol is also certified as a post rehabilitation conditioning specialist, personal trainer, group exercise leader, and aquafitness leader.
Carol has studied several types of meditation as well as various styles of Hatha Yoga, (including Ananda, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Kripalu, Kundilini and Viniyoga).
