Let your Fingers Dance

Limber up your fingers this easy, fun way.

Press your hands together, finger to finger, palm to palm.  Now fold both thumbs down, so your right thumb is nearest you. Simultaneously switch so the left thumb is folded down closest to you.  Return thumbs to start position.  

Now repeat, this time folding your index fingers, right closest, then left.  Continue folding down each finger one after the other, right closest, then left.

Once the little fingers have been folded each way, reverse the order and work your way forward to your thumbs.
