| I just have to
tell you, my grandmother started to cry when she received the
walker. Apparently, it is considerably lighter than her other
one, and she said she feels "very sophisticated" with
the Burberry-style bag. My whole experience with you and your
company has been so enormously positive, and thanks to you, she
now has a walker she can lift on her own, which means she will
actually use it! And selfishly, for me, that probably means I
will
get to have her up and about for a long, long time to come.
