here. We want you to enjoy shopping with us and to like what you
buy. If you are ever dissatisfied, let us fix the problem...with an
exchange, a refund, and (when appropriate) an apology.
So that at least this little corner of your world remains aggravation free.
What this means
You may return purchases made
at B Independent for a
period of thirty (30) days, so long as the item is in saleable condition.* When making a return:
Complete the Merchandise Return Form included with the
shipment. Be sure to indicate whether you wish a refund or an exchange:
- If you request a
refund, we will issue a refund for the amount of the purchase (shipping not included)
within three weeks.
- If you request an
exchange, B Independent will pay to ship the replacement order.
Note: Returns over $50 require a return
authorization number: call 972-699-0071 to obtain.
Mail insured via the postal service or send by UPS to:

are responsible for return postage.
* Regulations prohibit the return of certain personal hygiene items.
Videos, tapes, and CDs can be returned only for a same-item
exchange when defective. In
general, rollators and telephones have a 15%
restocking fee, since they must be totally checked out
before being placed back in inventory.
Trionic rollators are a special case. They are not
returnable, though they will be exchanged if defective.
