Purchase orders are handled quickly and
easily. However, we need information to properly set up your account.
Please note:
- All purchase orders need to include
contact information for a person at your organization. This contact
information should include the person's:
- name,
- phone number,
and
- email address.
- If the billing address
differs from the shipping address, please include contact information
and phone numbers for both addresses.
Before shipping a product,
we'll need to receive an actual copy of
your purchase order. You can either fax, mail, or
email (as a pdf) the purchase order to us at:
Currently, we do not accept
purchase orders from outside the United States. International
orders must be prepaid.If you
have questions regarding purchase orders, or if you need a W9 form to
