If you take pills frequently throughout the day, this medication reminder just might save your sanity!
Anyone who takes medications on a regular schedule knows how difficult remembering to take them at the right time can be. And the more often you take pills, the more difficult the remembering becomes.
With the Tabtime Super 8, though, life becomes a lot easier.
This ingenious medication reminder was especially designed to help those who suffer from Parkinson's disease & Alzheimer's, who take pills throughout the day to control their symptoms. Complex medication schedules are routine for the Super 8.
All Those Alarms
The Tabtime Super 8 is all about alarms. There are a lot of them!
Most medication reminders offer four or fewer alarms - this reminder has eight. And they are sophisticated:
Alarms can be set to hi / lo volumes (75 & 60 db) to accommodate both those needing a hearing boost and those preferring a gentler alert.
Opening the case automatically cancels the alarm.
An LED missed-pill alert lets you know when you miss a dose. Here's how this works... When the alarm buzzes, a red LED on the lid starts to flash and continues flashing until the case is opened. Thus a flashing light signals a missed dose.
Alarms are 'set & forget' - they repeat daily until canceled. (Resetting is easy, though.)
A countdown timer is available to handle regular or timed interval doses. NOTE: The countdown timer cannot be used in conjunction with the variable timer.
Other Features
Alarms aren't the only things that make the Tabtime Super 8 special, though. Its thoughtful design also offers:
an easy-open magnetic catch for those with weak or shaky hands,
eight tablet compartments numbered 1-8 to match the alarms,
a 3 bar battery power indicator, and
easy access for changing the battery.
Perhaps most important of all, the Tabtime Super 8 packs all of its functionality into a trim 4.3" x 2.4" x 1.2" profile that fits neatly into a pocket or purse. That's vital, because you'll want to carry it with you.
